I don't own many belts but when I want to wear one I make it happen and I make it cute! I love the fringe belt accessory and I had something that I knew I could make look just like it but better. I had this fringe skirt that I got a while back and it had gotten shorter since the last time I wore it so I put it over high waist slacks and a white button up pulling the skirt up a little more to give it more of the belt illusion. This outfit turned out exactly how I imagined it would.
